Esme's sudden disappearance drives Adil to the brink of madness. While he is consumed by panic and despair, Esme, twenty years later, is finally experiencing the long-awaited freedom she gained after escaping Serif. As she begins preparing for a greater battle ahead, Adil learns that she left because she did not know a single Muslim to share her Ramadan table with. Devastated, he travels to the highlands and sets up camp at the doorstep of the woman he loves. In Kocari, Eleni, eager to deeply experience the spirit of Ramadan that surrounds the town, decides to fast despite being Christian. Her greatest supporter and guide in this journey is Oruc. Meanwhile, Zarife continues her determined efforts to bring the two together in marriage, only to face an unexpected surprise. After Serif is sent to prison, Iso and Fadime decide to divorce. But Fadime's confession drives Iso nearly mad. When Serif and Zarife discover that the truck's brakes have been cut, they use this to lure Fadime to Furtuna Mansion and keep Esme there. However, Adil has a major surprise for them. Serif chases after Esme, but she triggers a catastrophic chain of events that could destroy Furtuna Mansion and tells everything to Gezep. Yet Gezep is not the only person she confides in.

Amid the chaos stirred by Serif, Oruç's leadership is put to the test. Now the blood right belongs to the Furtunali clan, and Oruç must find a solution that won't ignite further hostility. During this time, the bond between Eleni and Oruç grows stronger. Meanwhile, Iso and Fadime confront for the first time the depth of the enmity between their families due to the Eyüphan incident, leaving them both shaken. Adil's goats are released by the villagers, and the pens are emptied, yet he never lets go of Esme, whom he wishes to protect from Serif. Still, Esme cannot overcome her resentment toward Adil. Hicran's attempt to take Eleni from Esme pushes Esme to the brink of a crisis whose consequences will shake everyone.

Thanks to Iso, his relationship with Fadime reaches a major milestone and becomes much stronger. But Eyüphan gains a powerful advantage. Serif continuously tries to provoke Adil regarding his relationship with Esme, yet Esme proves that her marriage to Serif exists only on paper and finalizes the divorce. Adil is shaken by the weight of the loyalty the woman he loves has carried alone for so many years. Meanwhile, Serif has lost both Esme and his mother; with nothing left to lose, he becomes more dangerous than ever.
