Thirty-five-year-old Dilek secretly earns her living as an unlicensed taxi driver. One day, everything is turned upside down when a novice passenger gets into her car; a police stop leaves her without her car and her freedom. As her life falls apart, Sadi offers her a job that seems like salvation. But this offer will open the door to a much darker world.

Dilek, who has just started a new job, is struggling with the chaos at home and financial difficulties, forcing her to ask Sadi for an advance. As she becomes more involved in Sadi's business, her life seems to be getting back on track. However, after a business trip to Bulgaria for a cosmetics project, a glittering secret that emerges from her bag turns Dilek's world upside down.

Dilek and Hilal have the diamond that came out of the cream verified at the jeweller's; Sadi notices the missing item. Dilek is torn between guilt and anger, while debts and her daughter's school problems increase the pressure. Seeking salvation, she pretends to surrender to Sadi and asks for a commission; she and Hilal set off on a journey to customs. But an unexpected change in customs procedures puts everything at risk.

Dilek, who solves the crisis at customs with her intelligence, rises in Sadi's estimation. She now feels she is beginning to belong to this dark world. When she encounters her former client Ebru, she is captivated by the allure of the diamond business. Wanting more, Dilek offers her car as collateral for a shipment to Cyprus. Dilek, who has lost the diamond she was supposed to take to Cyprus, panics and takes fake diamonds from her old acquaintance Ebru to replace it. She completes the delivery but feels uneasy. As her relationship with Sadi grows increasingly strained, their paths cross again at Hilal's restaurant. While the attraction between them grows, Ahmet, from Dilek's past, stirs things up once more.

Despite Ahmet's jealousy crisis, Dilek calms him down and convinces him to agree to the divorce. Her life finally seems to be settling down, until she remembers the location of the missing package. She convinces Polat to cross over to Cyprus and, taking Hilal with her, embarks on a risky diamond shipment. However, things go awry; counterfeit money, crumbling plans, and Sadi's shadow fall upon Dilek.
