Misidentified as a terrorist bomber in the Balka Republic in Central Asia, Yusuke Nogi, a Japanese businessman, is pursued by the Balka Police.

As Nogi grows closer to Kaoru, he and his Beppan comrades start an operation to stop Tent. Meanwhile, Nozaki continues to closely watch Nogi.

Following his betrayal of Beppan, Nogi must prove his loyalty to Tent. Beki and Nokor struggle to accept his identity as their son and brother.

After learning Tent's true motive behind buying land, Nogi suggests a bloodless way to gather funds. Later, Beki tells him about Tent's history.

As the government closes in on Tent, Nogi decides to cooperate with Beki, believing it will help fulfill Beppan's mission of protecting Japan.
