In the Season 15 premiere of HELL'S KITCHEN, Chef Gordon Ramsay welcomes the newest bunch of contestants into the kitchen. The steaks are high when the contestants travel to Las Vegas and see the kitchen where this season's winner will work as a Head Chef: BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas. And, for the first time in HELL'S KITCHEN history, they will compete in that kitchen for the signature dish team challenge. Later, during their first dinner service, one of the teams will fail early on in the service, prompting Chef Ramsay to kick them out of the kitchen. With the help of special guest judge Chef Josiah Citron, Chef Ramsay will decide which team had the best duck dishes. The winning team will enjoy a day on a yacht, while the losing team must prepare the duck for the appetizer at the next dinner service. During that service, tempers will flare as the teams cook for the biggest VIP guests yet, manager and producer Kris Jenner and burlesque entertainer Dita Von Teese. After the most intense and disappointing dinner service yet, the blue team welcomes a new member and Chef Ramsay invites the contestants to participate in a grocery spelling challenge. Using grocery carts, contestants will have to spell out the words of each ingredient they wish to use during the next team cooking challenge. Then, the team that creates the best dishes from the chosen ingredients will win the challenge and spend the day flying in a stunt plane, while the losing team will stay behind and prepare Sangria for the next dinner service. Later, when VIP guests Thomas Ian Nicholas ("American Pie") and Omar Benson Miller ("CSI: Miami") enter the dining room, teams will fall apart, but individuals will rise to power.

Love is in the air when Chef Ramsay invites special guest and former HELL'S KITCHEN sous chef Andi into the kitchen for the next team challenge. Both teams will be tasked with creating six unique dishes for Andi's wedding reception, which will be in place of the next dinner service. The winning team will be flown to Las Vegas for a gravity-defying zip line experience and an evening in a grand suite at the world famous Caesars Palace. Meanwhile, the losing team will have to prepare a mountain of macaroons for the wedding reception. Later during the wedding reception dinner service, teams must come together to deliver a dinner service for the newlywed couple's family and friends that Andi and her husband will never forget. Chef Ramsay surprises the contestants with a rockin' performance from Grammy Award-winning guitarist Steve Vai, to illustrate the similarities between musicians and cooks in their ability to make magic with just one instrument. The winning team is rewarded with a friendly game of paintball, while the losing team must stay behind to participate in a grueling delivery day at Hell's Kitchen. After last week's shocking elimination, Chef Ramsay invites the contestants to participate in a breakfast challenge. Divided into four categories, both teams must make a vegetarian, meat, seafood and sweet dish for their surprise judges: Suzanne Tracht, executive chef and owner of Jar; and David Lefevre, executive chef and owner of M.B. Post. The winning team will enjoy a private plane to Palm Springs, where they will ride their own all-terrain vehicles, while the losing team must clean both kitchens and hand squeeze crates of oranges for a special brunch for local chefs and their families. Tempers will rise when Flo Rida and Jeff Dunham enter the dining room and after a brutal brunch scene, contestants are left shocked and disappointed.

This week, Chef Ramsay wastes no time, quickly throwing the remaining chefs into a challenge that will be a test of teamwork, creativity and communication. Each team will be responsible for preparing three entrees, each using a different protein. But, there's a catch: only one chef from each team will be allowed in the kitchen at a time. The winning team will enjoy a VIP day at the Santa Anita horse racetrack, while the losing team will be left behind to unload 100 pounds of lamb, in preparation for their upcoming dinner service. Later that night, during one of the most successful dinner services with VIP dining guests, actress Lainie Kazan and comedian Bill Engvall, the first team to finish their last plate will win. In a race to the finish line, one chef will fall behind.

Chef Ramsay puts together a blind taste test challenge, in which each chef must identify different ice cream flavors. This time, the blame won't just fall on the chef who guesses the wrong flavor. After three wrong guesses, a different team member will be blasted by a mysterious ice cream topping. The team that recognizes the most flavors will be rewarded with a shopping spree of a lifetime, $2,000 for each chef to spend at Roland Kitchenware. Meanwhile, the losing team will have to suffer through breaking down and preparing hundreds of foul smelling durian fruits. Later that night, they'll welcome special VIP guests, actress Meredith Baxter ("Family Ties") and Olympic medalist and swimmer Haley Anderson. As the competition continues to heat up, only one team will rise above and push out its best dinner service yet, while the other team crumbles.

Great chefs need to become great teachers. After a surprise visit from their loved ones, the remaining six chefs are quickly thrown into a challenge in which they must properly execute Chef Ramsay's Branzino dish. During the challenge, the chefs will be forced to wear a straitjacket while instructing their loved ones on how to successfully complete the signature dish. The pair with the winning dish will be rewarded with a luxurious day at the Burke Williams Spa for their entire team. The losing team will spend their day cleaning the entire dormitory. Later, during the dinner service, HELL'S KITCHEN welcomes special guests, Grammy Award winner Lil Jon, television star Cesar Millan, DJ Steve Aoki and singer Katy Tiz. It's a race, and the first team to complete service will win the night and receive black jackets.

After receiving their coveted black jackets, it's back to high school for the remaining chefs for their first individual challenge. Each chef will prepare a high school lunch dish, with the teenagers serving as the judges. The chef with the best report card will win the challenge and be rewarded with a trip to San Francisco for a VIP visit to Levi Stadium, home of the 49ers. Back in Los Angeles, the losers are left with trash duty and will be forced to sort all the recyclables from two weeks' worth of trash. Later that night, during a nerve wrecking dinner service, the chefs will have to prove they can be a leader as they cook for HELL'S KITCHEN's very own sous chefs. The kitchen will also welcome VIP guests, mixed martial artist, author and actor Randy Couture and actor Neil Jackson (SLEEPY HOLLOW). With the chance to act as Ramsay's sous chef, the pressure is on, but mistake after mistake leads to a shocking elimination.

Only three chefs remain, after Chef Ramsay unexpectedly eliminated two. The remaining chefs will be challenged to perfectly prepare a steak dish, plus two stunning sides in just 40 minutes. They'll have to impress special guest judge, executive chef Ari Rosenson from CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills, who will have the final say on the winner of this meaty challenge. The winner will be rewarded with a fantastic dining experience at CUT, accompanied by Chef Ramsay, where they will be served a meal prepared by Rosenson himself. Later that evening, during the dinner service, each chef will take a turn leading the kitchen by working at the hot plate. But Chef Ramsay and his sous chefs have a few tricks up their sleeves, as they test the contestants' attention to detail and quality control. Find out which two chefs will move on to the finals.

In the season finale, the final two chefs create three main entrées, one cold appetizer and one hot appetizer on board the USS Iowa. The winner gets first pick in creating a team using previously eliminated chefs for the dinner service.

As the teams struggle to identify their proteins, they must work together in pairs to succeed in the challenge. The winning team will spend the day surfing at the Wavehouse in San Diego, CA, while the losing team will find themselves spending the day making sausages from scratch. Later, during the dinner service, Ramsay informs the teams that tonight they will need to cook with extra confidence because they will be welcoming a VIP 12-top. After a shocking elimination, both teams must regroup and chart a new course. During The Seven Seas Seafood Challenge, the chefs will go head-to-head against a chef of their choice from the opposing team. Each pair will choose a body of water that will reveal a type of fish that they will have 30 minutes to prepare using a variety of fresh ingredients provided by Chef Ramsay. The winning team, accompanied by Ramsay himself, will enjoy an exciting meal at one of LA's hottest restaurants, Petty Cash. Meanwhile, the losing team will stay behind for delivery day and haul in pounds of potatoes and vegetables. Later during the dinner service, Chef Ramsay invites Grammy award-winning artists guitarist Joe Perry (Aerosmith) and R&B singer Estelle.

The remaining contestants use cookbooks from Gordon's HELL'S KITCHEN library to spell out the ingredients they want to use for their next challenge. During this week's Ingredient Crossword Challenge, they'll have 25 minutes to use as many or as few ingredients they've successfully spelled out. The losing team will spend the evening preparing for the upcoming dinner service, while the winning team will enjoy a night of fun that will include a delicious steak dinner and Ice Bumper cars. Later, the dinner service will embrace Family Night with VIP diners including actresses Lauren Lapkus and Ciara Hanna. For the team challenge the contestants had 40 minutes to create their own interpretation of six southern dishes.

After the shocking change that was implemented by Chef Ramsay, the chefs must work together and come out strong. Chef Ramsay informs the teams that HELL'S KITCHEN will be hosting the International Ballroom Invitational and that they will prepare a special menu for the event. The winning team is rewarded with kayaking in the Pacific Ocean and lunch at The Lark, while the losing team must prepare a raw bar for the ballroom event and break down lobster, scrub clams and oysters, and steam up crab. The remaining contestants prepare for their next challenge - a blind taste test during which each team must determine the taste of pureed baby foods. The winning team will enjoy a relaxing day of massages and a nice lunch, while the losing team must prepare the kitchen, all while hauling in bags of ice and boxes of wine. During service, both teams start off strong, as they try to impress guest celebrity diners - actor Josh McDermitt and TV host Jeannie Mai - but excuses and miscommunication ultimately lead both teams to failure.

Following the recent eliminations, the teams must balance out, and a member of one will move to the other. Then, the chefs tackle sliders for their challenge. The chefs are later introduced to three guest judges - Adam Fleischman, the founder of Umami Burger; Sang Yoon, the chef and owner of Father's Office; and Christina Wilson, the executive chef of Gordon Ramsay's BURGR - who will all determine which team gets to party at the Playboy Mansion and which team gets stuck cleaning up the LA River. Later, the teams try to impress celebrity guest diners, including 2009 Playmate of the Month Crystal Hefner, "Fashion Police" executive producer Melissa Rivers, TV hosts and producers Drew and Jonathan Scott and actress Ashley Green. However, a tough dinner service for both teams ultimately leads to a shocking elimination.

The chefs pair up for a taste challenge in which the winners receive Vitamix blenders and a special trapeze lesson on the Santa Monica Pier. Later, the chefs learn that the night's dinner service will be a unique one, as they will host a private, invitation only service that honors major contributors to the charity "Stand Up to Cancer." After a few hiccups, one team must chose two people for elimination, which causes an unexpected deliberation.

Then, the chefs must pair up for their challenge in which they must try and combine two countries' flavors to impress guest judge, Roy Yamaguchi, owner and executive chef of Roy's. Later during dinner service, the chefs try to impress Chef Ramsay, as well as special guest diners.

Chef Ramsay shakes things up and introduces a series of three challenges that will determine the recipients of a black jacket. For the first time, there will be no reward, no punishment and no dinner service. During the first challenge, each chef must create a dish, knowing that surprise ingredients will be introduced to them along the way that they must use. In the second challenge, all chefs will receive the same ingredients to begin with and must create a unique dish based upon them. Finally, the competition heats up in the last challenge as two chefs go head-to-head for the final black jacket.

For their first individual challenge Ramsey dealt picture cards with ingredients once a contestant saw an ingredient they'd want to work with, they'd press a buzzer and when each contestant has six ingredients they had to create a dish using only those ingredients. The dishes were judged by Ramsey and a guest judge. The judging portion the challenge was similar to King of The Hill.

After two chefs are eliminated, the remaining contestants must create a unique dining experience for a large group of well-known chefs that include guest judges Bruce Kalman, Steve Samson, Mette Williams and Alessio Biagini. The winner of this challenge is taken on a helicopter tour of Los Angeles with Chef Andi and is treated to a delicious lunch at Firefly with Chef Ramsay. The losing chefs on the other hand, are forced to wrap presents for the Hell's Kitchen staff, steam their clothes and polish their shoes. At the dinner service, actress Tara Reid, pro baseball player Adrian Gonzalez, actor Matt Letscher and TV personality Taylor Ann Hasselhoff join as guest diners, and each chef is given the opportunity to run the pass, while Chef Andi and Chef Aaron surreptitiously try to sabotage them. For the team challenge, the teams replicated a 4 tiered seafood platter, the winning team enjoyed a seafood lunch and a soccer game with soccer Olympians, the losing team prepped over 100 pounds of seafood for both teams for the dinner service.

The remaining chefs must face off in a "game of chance" to divvy up their ingredients and create their own unique dishes. During this challenge, each chef has 45 minutes to create a dish, combining a protein of their choice with all the ingredients selected from the game of chance. After Chef Ramsay judges each dish, the winners are chosen and rewarded with a private jet whisking them away for an exclusive stay at the Belmond El Encanto in Santa Barbara, CA. During dinner service, the contestants are determined to impress Chef Ramsay and the VIP Guests: Mixed martial artist Paige VanZant and actress/model Shannon Tweed. After mistakes are made in the kitchen, Chef Ramsay decides to shake things up.

After a shocking change, many are left unhappy and the tension in the dorms is at an all-time high. The next day, the chefs are challenged to work in pairs and cook different types of fish on cedar and hickory wood planks. Special guest judge Chef Ben Ford helps Chef Ramsay decide which team delivered the best and most consistent dishes. Later that evening during dinner service, the chefs aim to impress special guest diner actor Shaun Brown. Chef Ramsay has had enough with one contestant and makes a drastic decision.

The remaining chefs meet at DeSano Pizzeria and learn about their next challenge, for which they will be given 30 minutes to create a pizza inspired by their assigned country. Marino, the owner of the pizzeria and HELL'S KITCHEN'S Maître D', joins Chef Ramsay and special guest judge Steve Samson, to determine the winning team. Later during dinner service, actress Melissa Fumero and Victoria's Secret model Devon Windsor join as special guests, and while both teams struggle, one just can't keep up.

Chef Ramsay decides to give the 12 remaining contestants a tutorial on how to best prepare six of the most popular HELL'S KITCHEN dishes. Following the lesson, Ramsay informs them of their next challenge - each team will have 25 minutes to recreate all six dishes. But what the contestants don't know is that every three minutes, each team will have to select one chef to kick out of the kitchen, thus leaving more work for the remaining chefs and intensifying the "Last Man Standing" challenge. Later, the contestants receive a big surprise when they find out that in lieu of a Dinner Service, they will compete in this week's "Fight For Your Life" Challenge -- during which the three weakest chefs from each team will be tasked to recreate Gordon's signature dish, Tagliatelle with Oysters. The chef with the worst dish will be immediately eliminated.

After a demonstration by chefs from Moto in Chicago, the hopefuls must create 6 dishes using fire and water instead of a normal kitchen. The best dishes win spa pampering while the losers clean and prep. Dinner does not go smoothly.

12 chefs must cook dishes for a high school reunion. Two contestants are told the event's theme and attendees' dietary requirements, and they must pass the info to their teammates. But one chef is rather forgetful which leads to errors.

The teams are given 45 minutes to cook 5 dishes that must contain beer. The best dishes get to spend a VIP day at the races. The losers must deal with deliveries. At evening service Chef Ramsay kicks more than one cook out of the kitchen.

The remaining chefs are put to a blind taste test. The winners ride horses in the Hollywood Hills while the losers peel 200 lbs of grapes.

The remaining contestants are sent to New York City to learn about different cuisines and to visit BLT Steak, where the winner will be working. Back at Hell's Kitchen, they must prepare a dish based on what they have learned.

The teams must prepare three dishes. The catch? One must be made in thirty minutes, one in twenty and the last in only ten minutes. The winners go shopping while the losers set up the dining room for the next dinner service.
